Looks like the first repair attempts on our shiny new Phaser 8400 printer didn't take like Xerox had hoped they would, so it is back in the shop again. Since the problem showed up again almost immediately, we still haven't been able to produce more of our new sold out prints to fill orders.
So, once again, we're at the mercy of the repair technicians. I was hoping this would be another quick turn around, but after two days of silence on Xerox's part, I'm assuming we'll be down at least through this weekend.
More news as it occurs ....
